OC Spa Service has the right plan for you. We offer several value-added service packages designed to keep you & your swim spa budget in shape. Our preventative maintenance packages for your hot tub or swim spa will be sure to keep your equipment reliable for years.

OC Basic Service

  • Check chemical level

  • Adjust chemical level

  • Inspect Filter*

  • Skim top of tub for debris 

  • Check water level*

  • Check water temperature

  • Check that circulating pump is functioning*

  • Inspect cover for proper operation*

*Inspection Only. Cleaning or water filling services as needed will be billed extra.

OC Basic Plus Service

  • All OC Basic services. Plus;

  • Turn tub on & off at the control panel

  • Check all operations of the control panel

  • Check operation of all pumps

  • Check pump connections for leaks

  • Check all jets for operation

THE OC Spa Service

  • All OC Basic & OC Basic Plus Services, and additionally;

  • Filter cleaning included as needed​

  • Vacuum debris included as needed

  • Adjust water level as needed

  • Descale jets & lines 2x per year

  • Option to choose partial drain & fill every 12 weeks, or full drain 2x yearly

  • Drain & scrub tub 1x per year

  • 1 FREE Replacement filter per year!

  • 10% off emergency or regular repair services!
